Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can initiate a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at connect@inksandhues.com (Subject to T&C)

Please include the following details in your email: order number, product title, purchase date, reason for return/exchange, and attach your receipt or proof of purchase. If you're requesting an exchange, mention the product you'd like as a replacement.
T&C:* Returns/Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The wrong item was sent by the seller

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will send you a confirmation email. Afterward, you can return the product in its original packaging via courier.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Gift cards cannot be returned.
• All returned products must be in unused condition with the original packaging intact.
• The product amount will be credited back to your account once the item has been received and a quality check is completed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for damage to goods during transit if the customer ships them back.

Returns for Damaged Products During Transit:
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, returns and exchanges are accepted only if the request is submitted to connect@inksandhues.com within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.

Please send a photo of the damaged product to connect@inksandhues.com. You will need to ship the damaged product back to us.
Upon receiving the damaged product, it will be reviewed, and the replacement or refund will be processed.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm that we’ve received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is posted. Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at connect@inksandhues.com.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email us at connect@inksandhues.com and send your item.

Shipping:
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
